How Beeloyal works.

The customer gives their number at the till. You scan a code. We set up and look after the rest.

Leave your number, we call back

  1. Step 1

    You leave your number. We call back.

    We ask how often your customers come back and what you can give as a reward. Based on that we set up the card: how many stamps, which rewards along the way, how many points per złoty.

  2. Step 2

    You put a stand by the till.

    We create the account for you and bring the stand and a door sticker. Customers see that they collect at your place before anyone tells them.

  3. Step 3

    The customer gives their phone number.

    That is enough to start collecting. They get an SMS invitation, download the app whenever they like, and the stamps are already waiting.

  4. Step 4

    You scan a code at payment.

    All you need is a phone with a camera. The stamp or points land right away, quicker than handing over change.

  5. Step 5

    The customer gets rewards along the way.

    The reward is not only at the end of the card. A discount after the third visit or a small treat after the sixth is a reason to come back sooner.

  6. Step 6

    We send reminders for you.

    A notification goes out when one visit is left to the reward and when a customer has not been in for a while. After the visit they can rate it, and you see the ratings in your app.

How much does it cost?

It starts from 39.99 zł net a month. Before you decide, we show you for free what a loyalty programme set up for your business would look like. No strings attached.

What do I need?

A phone with a camera. We create the account for you and bring the stand and the sticker.

Does the customer need the app?

Not to start. They give their phone number at the till and are already collecting. They get an invitation by SMS, download the app whenever they like, and the stamps are waiting.

I have paper cards. What about them?

We move their rules into the app during the call. Customers keep collecting.
